Yes. A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and reserve your rental.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. If your event is less than 14 days away at the time of booking, we require full payment of your rental upfront.

No problem! You can still book with us; however, we require full payment at the time of booking. Also, please be advised that custom backdrops and props will not be available for bookings less than 14 days out. Only basic or premium backdrops will be available.

Yes! Additional rental time may be added for $150 per hour.

Yes! Free delivery is included within a 50-mile radius. Events located beyond 50 miles from Tuscaloosa, AL are subject to a $2.00 per mile travel fee added to the rental invoice.

The client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests during the rental period.

Yes, if your new date is available. Contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options and update your booking based on your contract terms.
