Guests can instantly receive and share their videos via QR code, SMS, email, or AirDrop using the included digital sharing station. Important Booking Guidelines
Payment & Cancellations: Non-Refundable Retainer: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and reserve the calendar. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event for any reason. Payment Schedule: The remaining 80% balance is due exactly 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellation Policy: Clear cancellation cut-offs apply (e.g., cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require payment of the full remaining balance. Travel Fee: Events located beyond a 50-mile radius of Tuscaloosa, AL will incur a travel fee of $2.00 per mile, which will be added to the final rental invoice. Logistics & Requirements: Space Requirements: A minimum 10 ft x 10 ft space is required for setup without the enclosure add-on. A minimum 10 ft x 13 ft space is required with the inflatable enclosure add-on. Clients must provide a minimum 10 ft x 10 ft level setup area and a dedicated power outlet located within 50 feet of the setup location. Outdoor Events: Outdoor events require a covered tent or canopy, as well as a backup indoor plan in the event of inclement weather, including rain, high winds, or extreme heat. Idle Hours: A reduced hourly rate will apply if the booth is required to be set up early but remain unused prior to the scheduled operational start time. Liability & Rules: Damage Policy: Clients are financially responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests during the event. Operational Safety: Elite Innovations reserves the right to suspend or shut down operations if guests become disruptive, unsafe, or pose a threat to the safety of the attendant or equipment. Age Limit: Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult while using the platform.
